The use of illegal drugs, liquor and narcotics or other dangerous substances will result in negative impacts that are detrimental to employees and other company assets. PT Dyfco Energy regulates this in a policy that strictly prohibits the use of illegal drugs, liquor and narcotics or other dangerous substances during working hours or the work environment, including smoking inappropriately.

For employees who are involved or found to have consumed illegal drugs, liquor and narcotics in PT Dyfco Energy's facilities or the client's work environment, the company will provide strict sanctions in accordance with applicable laws ansd regulations. Every employee is expected to support this policy and play an active role in its implementation.

Every level of company management and supervisors will disseminate and ensure the application of this policy properly to all employees and client companies so that they have the same understanding and comply with this policy so as to achieve a healthy and safe work environment.
